couldnt get to sleep last nite, the feeling sucks. tossed and turn till 4plus and i finally was able to sleep. But.. kept waking up the whole of last nite and this morning. Some peaceful sleep that was. and thanx to the stupid starhub people who kept calling me about those bills. told them so many times that im not the owner of the line already. -.- got kinda fed up that i actually switched off my hp for a peaceful sleep. haha. =x
supposed to meet nisa today but i was abit tired, so decided not to meet nisa. im sorry ger, shall catch up with u this friday with milo okie? not forgetting my jb trip with milo on friday as well. hope everything goes smoothly. hehe.. =D then it will be my 2nd time going to msia with frens. but the different thing is that.. i got the permission granted for this trip and not for the previous trip with my sakae friends. haha! =X its a secret that i kept from my dad. hoho..

its been so long since my last post and to date, its been a week since my last day at PPL shipyard.. The last week, this holidays to be exact, was used for fun, fun and more fun! met up with alot of my secondary school friends.
Firstly was the bbq at yuan chang's new place, met up with them and they taught me alot of games. Fun! and i realised that im super slow to those so called IQ games. haha!
Then was the meetup with Sakae friends, Edith, Cheryl, Hong Po and Robin. Its been so long after we quitted and met up. Went back to Sakae for a meal and realised that the food is not as nice as before. Think we are really Sakae Siaos. LOL! =X
Next was the meeting with F2 and Pei mei. We went for ktv session as early as 11. Can u believe that we actually queued to sing? haha! but it was fun! Sad that they commented i sounded like a China girl when i was talking to the China waitress. I had no idea why i spoke in that accent. I think it must be due to my attachment over at Ma Kuang where i hang out with many China and Taiwanese. Its ok. I had no choice also right? will try to switch back to my normal accent. Please tell me if u ever heard me speaking in that accent again. =D Nvm abt that. After the Ktv session, we went to Suki Sushi for a Sushi buffet and all of us felt that it was a wrong move after that as we were too full from the Ktv lunch. Had a hell load of fun with cream puffs. haha. Ate lots of cream puff and were joking that we might even be seeing ourselves as cream puffs in the mirror. 4 cream puffs standing in front of the mirror. LOL!
Overall the outing was FUN!
Lastly, last fri I had also met up with Gene, Xian and Kel. Chatted alot and we had dinner at Swensens to have a belated birthday celebration for Kel. Then they told me of the "Ah Sa" from twins. haha.. the girl looked like Ah Sa but she had golden hair and so they nicknamed her "Golden hair Sa". LOL.. was footing the bill when Xian started helping Kel by saying.." ah sa.. my friend would like to know you" for 2 times sia! to another girl named May. LOL! and we presumed that May got the wrong idea thinking it was her that they wanna know. =_=
How lame we are! Was deciding whether to go ktv or to go drink. Kel wanted ktv but xian wanted to drink. Ended up we did none of the 2 as i had to go back early and they did not want to abandon me. Thanks! hehe.. Sat at Cavana for awhile before heading home. Kel faced some problems with school stuff, time tabling and all. Hope things would go smoothly for him and that he would get the schedule he wants. =)
By the way, i bought lots of things during the last week and i spent so much i think. But.. i did save some money for my jb trip with milo and Xuan hui. Hope we can fulfil it ok? i will pray that u are not scheduled to work on friday milo. hehe.. back to the topic. i bought a pair of jeans, 19 bucks from the shop near my place.. a puzzle($2.90) , a bag(not for sch, 8 bucks only, cheap cheap), a skirt from pure milk, also cheap cheap = 16 bucks only! hmm.. wad else? i forgot already, so much for now and not to forget my expenses are rather huge these days.
Next in line will be meeting up with nisa and milo. Will be working on tues, wed, thurs and sun for this week. So i still have today, Fri and Sat. Ask me out when free k! =D Its 837am now and i have just enrolled into the IS modules. It was so sucky just nw. The system lagged and logged me out even when i have yet to enrol into the modules in the 10 - 3 slots. Lucky that i still manage to get into our 2nd choice- Events communication and after the enrolment, i realised that i had the same name as the tutor. Wow! Fun eh.. (-_-") imagine someone call Yeo Su Lin calling Ng Su Ling. haha! Okay, whatever it may be. Fun then fun la.. =/

lingz back! work has started at ppl shipyard.. work is fine at both the shipyard and ntuc, just that im getting weaker and weaker. been sick for a few days already.. vomit + diarrhoea + fever + loss of appetite.. doc says its food poisoning and my aunt asked me to beware of dengue since there are alot of cases in my block and dengue fever is on the rise now in singapore. slept for so long today.. too tired to wake up to watch tv and dun even feel like eating.. -.-
hope i can recover tmr.. if not i think i should quit from ppl.. had been absent from work for too long already.. if nvr quit, they might fire me instead. haha.. or m i thinking too much? well.. learnt quit alot at ppl.. learnt about work permit, how to apply and renew and alot more. im learning as much as i can now, hope this can help me in the coming fyp? haha.. thinking too much again.. anyway.. just trying to gain as much experience as i can.
Met up with jiamin on saturday and passed her the present. gave her a dreamcatcher, dunno if she will like it but i hope she will. uploaded the photo we took the other time.. nice nice..
heard alot of things have change in ma kuang after my attachment ends.. shall not talk about them but hopefully things will be fine for the company.. results will be out on 6th october. hope it wont be very bad. *keeping my fingers crossed*
well well.. i've thought abit for my future. decided to work for 2 years after poly.. earn enough money to pay back the study loan and hope can save as much as i can for university fees. shall find some HR related work to do. then will try to apply for a place in university for HRM.. hopefully with the experience i may gain in those 2 years, they can more or less get me a place in university.. then yeaps.. come out i guess will be easier to find job? i hope so.. but a fren asked me.. "so do u wanna forever work for others or do u wanna be an entrepreneur someday..?"
seriously i have yet to think that far and such things are hard to say. one cannot predict the future, even though that may be a goal.. i think so long i can get a job that allows me to meet all ends, i will be happy. wont think alot about being my own boss or sth.. i guess im not that ambitious yet.. just hope that i can achieve wad i want for now first before deciding on any other things.

wow wow wow! its been near 2 weeks since the last entry.. my attachment has ended and my new job has started.. so many things happened huh... last fri was the last day of my attachment. went for lunch with my colleagues at V8 cafe and they were surprised that the food prices are rather affordable, much cheaper compared to swensens and its almost of the same standard.. yeapz... heh.. they insisted on treating me and dun allow me to pay for it.. (-_-")
had chicken chops and one of my colleague, Karen was saying,
"Aren't we already chickens?" when she was placing the order.. dots.. my other colleague started laughing like there was no tomorrow.. the lunch was fun! we reached the office only at 3.. power eh.. haha.. coz all the big bosses weren't around! Once in a while is alright, i guess? hee.. yeapz.. anyway.. went back to Ma Kuang this wed.. to meet up with Mr. Lim and Xiao Yu.. had a good laugh.. as Xiao Yu said quite alot of good things.and yah.. i even wrote the company assessment myself.. so pro right.. he just copied everything.. haha.. No comments about this officer of mine.. -_-"
Ok, enough of that.. shall tok abt my new job~ just started work yesterday.. it's alright.. the colleagues are quite ok.. one of the more senior staff is quite a nice lady.. she talked to me and stuff.. and told me to study hard.. cute right. haha.. but well, its just the 2nd day today.. not sure wad is in store for me on mon as the HR manager returns from the overseas trip.Was told i will be assigned more task.. that's rather good right? at least i wont have to rot at the office.. and yup.. im sorry if i did not reply any of ur msn msgs today.. haha.. i was busy playing around with the system they use there.:x
Oh yah.. had a hard time finding the location on my first day as i was totally clueless as to where pandan road is. took bus no. 78 and sat all the way.. until i reach a stop where many people alighted, sensing something weird, i went to ask the bus driver if i have reached.. and yes i got there safe and sound. But i was rather tramautised when i entered the factory.. all the Banglahs and China men were staring at me as though i was some alien from outer space.. they din even gave me space to walk.. had to say "excuse me" for umpteen times before they gave way. Well.. lucky i dun get to work at those sites.. As its a shipyard company, they employ many foreign workers.. even in the office, its so multi-nationals everywhere. (-_-")
Lucky i got to noe where and when to take the shuttle bus to and from work. Got to my workplace at 7.35 today... so early right?! coz my bro sent me to the mrt station before he left for his camp.. hee..
Shall stop here.. might be turning in soon.. quite tired and will be working at 9 tmr for the ntuc job.. cheers. hope i wont fall ill.. heh.. i wont!
