不一样的星期六

Yesterday was a different Saturday. The day started with home cooked breakfast. Haha. I finally learnt how to cook the white fried carrot cake! Hahaha.. My brother asked me whats wrong with me because he was just surprised that I actually know how to cook. >.<

Then I went for a walk. I walked from my house to Woodlands Waterfront, then from Woodlands Waterfront to Admiralty Park, combed the whole park taking the different routes and walked back home. Made new discoveries at the Waterfront. It's pretty nice discovery - Mangroves and Rocky Trail.

Today, the future "GM" came to our office. Hahaha.. I couldnt resist not uploading his photo and I think it is not very nice to upload on FB, hence... blogspot is a better choice.

Haha. Yup this entry is for J.O. who thought he would be giving us a surprise but his surprise flopped and he was caught in our surprise. :p Nice to see the old friend back in town and I guess all of us still miss his (ur) nonsense. Hahahaha.

Short weekend getaway :)

Some Saturdays away, I went to Kukup - Malaysia with my colleagues for a short weekend getaway. It was food, food and more food. Eating basically wherever we go and singing like the whole day. Went to kelong and saw the rainforests.  Totally relaxing and fun though. :p



The end of a hectic work week before I go for exams

This whole week has been a super hectic week for me. Pure madness! Longer working hours and I wake up at 5plus almost everyday, knock off at 6plus everyday. Had many many meetings, learnt alot and saw alot. Im beginning to like my job more but I noticed I am also beginning to see the true colors of many more too. Oh wells, thats just the working life. :)

Did I also mention that it was the dinner and dance for the company? Don't expect any nice and glamourous clothes people.. because everyone was wearing polo tshirt. How boring. >.< Anyway, here are some pics. I will upload more when I get them next week. Hehe.

The post down-period-mia post

Im back after near 3-4 weeks. Things are more settled now and im slightly happier. I must say it was really a terrible roller coaster ride which I wished I had nvr been in. Anyway, i hope things will be much better from now on. :)

Had a great night out with the girls and i think we really HTHTDD for a super long time! Loves that loads. Bought some easy to make cookie dough w Caryn and I started my very first attempt at baking cookie lol. And I saw a nice dress so I went in to try it out.. Hahahaha.. and i took a picture... ^ ^

I think my mum, dad and bro's jaws all dropped just nw.. when I said try the cookie i baked.. :p Here's the supposed-individual but yet 联合国 cookies. Haha.. The baking experience was quite fun and now im looking forward to our diy bbq session! :)

Terrible Roller Coaster Week

This whole week, or rather, since last week, it has been a bad bad week.. When shit comes, it all comes together. I am trying to stay positive and I am hoping things will turn out fine. May god bless everyone in my family and give us the strength to overcome this tough period.

With all these crap things befalling on me.. I am glad things turned slightly better towards the end of the week. Got a verbal confirmation on converting me to a permanent staff from next Jan onwards and was briefed on the new direction. Just this afternoon, I was told that I might need to go Korea for a business trip next year with the customers. I am quite happy upon hearing this because it's a rare opportunity but I am also worried as it's my final year in school. We'll see how. I hope this positive power will continue on.

Nonetheless, I am really grateful to the friends who stood by me and were there for me when I needed someone to talk to. Thanks everyone of you.

Girls' "Morning" Out to start off the Saturday~

It was Saturday morning and we met up for breakfast! Hahaha.. How unusual of us to meet as early as 10am. Even though it was a super short meet up, it's nice to catch up la. :)



Kite Flying with 38-1

It was a humid afternoon.. not too sunny, not too windy.. we thought the kite flying would be a disappointment while we walked along the Marina Bay station towards the bus stop for bus no. 400 or the shuttle bus. But we went, along with our "Ultraman", "Pikachu" and "Doreamon" kite.

As the kite were too "attention-grabbing", we decided to stay at one corner of the Marina Barrage. Hahaha. But sadly, "Doreamon" broke before we even get to use it. So we had to depend on Ultraman and Pikachu. Ultraman was good! Flew high in the sky, but it's fate ended shortly. It was stuck at the solar panel and there was no way we could get it out.

Then we tried to make Pikachu fly while 2 of them went to get new kite at the barrage. Pikachu refused to fly! And Gene told me "Pikachu dun fly one!". Haha.. Anw, we sort of gave up and depended solely on the new white kite! Yes, it was a plain white kite. So we shifted to a more crowded and windy place as the white kite is now good to let people see. Hahaha.. And guess what... Pikachu flew!! Woohooo.

Fun weekend with CF people! :D

BBQ night with the CF people was fun! All of us brought some stuff to the bbq and I bought bacon with golden mushroom! But I forgot to take a picture of it. Hahaha.. :x BUT... we took loads of pictures with Austin..... Power~! haha... Check out the pictures below.

Another enriching day at work

Today, I met an irritating person at work, during the pre-set up at a carnival. Someone whom I know through a friend, maybe can be considered an acquintance. This person is best at talking big, showing off his "knowledge" and thinks that he is very smart in every other thing. He didnt really bother me that much until today, when he came to talk to me. He saw the banners that my company put up for the carnival and we had a conversation which goes like this.

That person: "eh so what does your company sell?"

Me: "Transmission, shock absorbers, steering axle and all la"

That person (pointing at our banner) said, "seriously, among the 4 brands on the banner, I only know 2 of them.. the rest are so unknown in the market"

Me: "oh isit? they are mainly for continental cars and if im not wrong, you deal more with asian vehicles?"

That person: "oic"

Morale of the story is... If you are not very sure about a certain company, I think it's best that you don't shoot your mouth and embarrass yourself. Im sure if he is someone from this industry, he would have heard of these brands as they are known for the continental cars. But wells, I guess he simply doesnt have enough knowledge about this industry.

Dude, I think you should seriously brush up on them before you shoot your mouth again next time round. Otherwise, you will just end up embarrassing yourself.

乌云密布的国庆日

Today is Singapore's birthday. Happy National Day!

But it is a totally bad day for me. I wonder when will the peaceful days come again without that person in the picture. It's been a long while since I felt so affected by somebody not worth my time. Even though I know it's not worth my time and effort but still, I cant help it! I know I should move on and get a life but.... =.=

A friend said this to me - 你是犯贱的咯!

And ya to a certain extent, I think so too. I really dislike the fact that someone went missing and I thought this person was sleeping all the while, only to realise that this person was out with friends all the while. Out of anger, I actually said "I hate you!" to this person. But I do mean it at that point of time. I hate the fact that this person cannot give a confirmation on a simple thing and the fact that this person assumes that I will be on standby 24/7. I thought after such a long while of not staying in contact, perhaps this person has changed for the better but no, I was wrong. I think leopard nvr changes its spot truly is applicable even though "service recovery" was done by saying he would give me a call to catch up. We shall see.

In conclusion, I am still upset and disappointed! :(

National Day - Long Weekend

Singapore's 45 years old already. Happy birthday Singapore! =)

I dont know why but I cant seem to memorise or remember the national day songs sang after "Home" by Kit Chan. I think the national day songs are getting tougher by the year, to the extent that I have no idea what the national songs are. Maybe I am just not patriotic enough =p

Anyways, this long weekend is quite boring apart from yesterday. It was a long long day for me. Woke up at 730am and hit the sack at near 4am this morning. >.< Ran some errands in the morning before meeting GCC-2 =) Had dinner and KTV! Hahaha.. Des and I took the night rider home. It was a super long wait! we waited for half an hour or more. *faint* but luckily there was Des la, so the wait was rather entertaining. :p He told me he would be a policeman if he cant be a scientist. hahaha.. I cannot imagine him being a policeman. =x I told him if he really becomes one, im sure he will have alot of enemies. Hahahaha!

Hmm... we've been in constant contact these few days again. Des asked me what is it now. Seriously, im not sure either. Isit friends or? I know what should be done la but u know, its hard to be so decisive when the contact is there. >.< Maybe I will just drift abit for now. I will soon be on track again, Im sure. :)

31072010 - Meet up with an old friend

Meeting up with an old old friend and chatting for hours = great! :) Met Wei Hong today.. she was my primary school and secondary school friend. It was a great catch up, we havent really met and chatted for a good 7-8yrs i supposed, probably since we left secondary school. Talked about almost everything - work, school, life, etc We had lunch and watched Inception at the cinema.

It's quite disturbing and I don't get why people say Inception is nice when I cannot even understand what the show was trying to say and to the extent that I fell asleep during the first part. =x I think it's just me, maybe I don't know how to appreciate such shows. Hahaha...

Went to meet Des and PM for dinner and chillax session. Though we didnt do much today, except to eat and walk and eat and walk, I still enjoy myself. :) Ktv addiction kicked in and we went touring around somerset area looking for the UOL building and then the supposed "New Cashbox KTV", but we found nothing in the end. Haha.. Nevertheless, we had fun and laughters.

Virgin Trip to Night Safari!

With compliments to Sam & Chris, we had complimentary entrance tix to Night Safari. The weather made it perfect for this trip. Cooling and windy throughout the jungle walk within the Safari. :)

I was rather excited about this trip as it's my very very first! Hahahaha.. everyone in the office was astonished when I said its my first visit. >.< It made me sound so much like a mountain tortoise man. Many laughters and saw many animals!

I heard we are quite lucky to be able to see all the animals, except the zebra. Haha. Mr. Zebra refuses to come out of his comfort zone. The encounter with the bats cave and flying squirrel really made the whole trip exciting. The girls basically dodged whenever something flies pass, be it a bird or a bat. It just lightens up the trip la.

I had a fun day today! Tmr is another long day out, meeting a super old friend for lunch. :) Ok, time for bed. Goodnight!

Thursday Badminton Day

I went to work at 815am today. I thought the badminton session starts at 6pm and all of us have to go to work early in order to rush for that slot. In the end, I was the only one who turned up for the early working slot. Why? Because the miss blur happily remembered the wrong timing. Turned out the time slot we had for the badminton is from 7-9pm. *faint*

And I had badminton lessons today! Haha. It's getting interesting and Im getting less noob. Im a happier girl now because everyone said i have improved alot from the first badminton session. Hahahaha.

Anyway, that aside. Im so upset at work today. The calendar 2011 project that I have been working on for the past 4 mths was very well received by the Singapore management, all of them said they were taken by surprise as the concept is sth really out of the box. Ya I was supposed to be happy but... the headquarter in Germany actually rejected the idea. Omg. I had spent all my 4 mths of effort on nothing! Now have to change the concept again. :( I wonder what to do next man. =.=

Oh ya one more thing to update! The SOS Girls seem to have revived! Hahahaha. Suddenly we are having sales! =D Soooo happy. All thanks to Auntie Perfect. Haha (perfect's mum). She did us a good favour by placing the clothes in her friend's shop!

The Spectacular Fireworks

EFG Bank building was our first destination for the day, we were supposed to head there for Dominic Khoo's photography exhibition but guess what, the exhibition closed at 2pm when the email stated 7pm. But I guess the trip was not at all wasted. The view from the building was nice! It oversees the Raffles area and Singapore River. So, in order not to waste the trip, we took some photos there. Had a fun time doing the jump shots and all. Haha.. Shall upload once I get it from gene. ^ ^

It was a long day today, we headed Liang Court for "lun-ner", walked Clarke Quay area and suddenly remembered that there will be fireworks when we saw the many people queuing for the hippo ride. Sooo.. off we went to the area near Asian Civilisation Musuem. It was great! The fireworks was something different from the usual because there was this moon and star thingy which represented our Singapore flag. Nice~

Overall, walk, laugh, take photo, eat = enjoyed myself. Haha..

Badminton Day with ZF Colleagues

My colleague asked "when was the last time you played badminton?". I thought hard and I realised the last time I played was probably Sec 1 or 2 with Hanwen and gang. Hahaha.. I cant imagine it's been that long!! A good 10yrs and that was the first and last time, all the way till now.

We went for the session after work today, a colleague's hubby helped us book. It was fun! and totally a great sweat out session for me. :) We are trying to do this every week, lets hope we can do so. Haha.. And Im thinking about taking up that aerobics dance class at Marsiling CC every Wednesday since I only have class on one day on the first term. Hmmm.. should I? Maybe its time to regain this healthy regime ya? Hahaha...

On a side note, it feels totally weird and funny to have someone whom you dunno in real life and have totally no recollection of to msg you throughout the day to chat. >.< Yes, it's the person I was talking abt in my previous entry hahahaha.

18072010 - Big Walk & Birthday!

I actually intended to sleep at 12am but I've decided to sleep half an hr later today to blog about my memorable birthday this year. Haha. Why is it so memorable? I actually celebrated with 20,000 people this year! Wahaha... No, Im kidding.

First half of the day
The fact is I went for the big walk la. =D Nothing very fantastic about the big walk except that it was people mountain people sea. but well I think, it's still a good work out for all of us - myself, Caryn, Peimei, Razima and Simin. :) Took abit of photos today for the big walk, I had 3 breakfasts today. It's a record breaker man. 1 breakfast at 530am, the other at 7plus am and the last breakfast (brunch to be exact) was at 10plus in the morning. Haha. Ya, I know it's abit madness. This will not happen anymore. Haha. Chatted and rotted in the cafe until 12 or so and we headed home.

Second half of the day
Rested awhile before I head out to meet GCC in the evening for dinner. We went to Marche (like finally!), it's my first time there. Haha. Ya, I know its abit mountain turtle la. =p After dinner, we rotted at TCC and celebrated my birthday. Hee. It's the 2nd year they are celebrating my birthday together with me! So touched. :) And Im glad we had fun and laughter during this short few hours, with the joke of "little hole" which made our day. Thanks GCC! (Hey Jerm, you are included here too ok! ^ ^)

This year's birthday is slightly different. It's been a long time since I last celebrated my birthday with my family, apart from my 21st birthday. My dear cousins held a mini celebrations for me. *love my family loads*

16072010 - Meet up with SBF mates

Today we met after work to KTV, to satisfy Raz's cravings. Haha. It was quite fun and they actually planned a "surprise" for me but... it failed! haha.. I am still thankful to them for the bday celebration. :)

It's the first time I had 2 birthday cakes for my birthday. Haha. It's indeed a cakeful weekend. In the end, I had to bring one of them home. Initially I really think of it as a gathering as we havent met up for a long time so didnt think too much abt the birthday too. Seems so no mood for birthday celebrations this year, dunno why. Anw we took lots of pictures, but none with me, except the complimentary photo from kbox. haha..

I really enjoyed myself today. Eat, laugh, sing, go mad with them. ^ ^

On a side note, today I got a gift from my boss. Surprised man! Yesterday she asked how I will be celebrating my birthday this year and I told her maybe just have a simple dinner with my friends. She smiled when I asked her how she knew it's my birthday haha. And today she surprised me. I feel soooo pai seh man, so unexpected la!

Tuas 的怪叔叔

There is this 怪叔叔 at one of the canteens near my workplace. Initially I thought he was friendly, then he became over friendly when he asked me "ah mui, u married? ah mui, u got boyfriend?". I just smiled and said no. Then he started asking my colleagues about my whereabout when I didnt join them for lunch at that particular canteen. So scary la!

The worst was.. last week, I went to get a drink from the drinks stall and he attended to me.. he showed me the "call me" hand sign and asked me for my number. Oh my god. I think I am attracting the wrong kind of crowd. >.< I was so scared and I just walked away. I thought he would give up but no! Today he chu stun again. He kept talking to me when I was already walking beside my colleague and pretended not to see him.

Any of you know of any good way to tackle such person?

I've already tried to ignore him but to no avail! =( all my colleagues warned me to be careful and said dunno which day he would be waiting for me outside the office. like omg. and whenever I see him, I feel so scared. >.<

Poly Mates - 12072010

Worked half day today and went for the blood test. I swear this is the most expensive blood test in my 24 yrs! I repeated the amount twice when the nurse told me. Haha. Madness. It's $124.10. I dont know why it differs so much from the normal blood test, maybe due to the hormonal levels that they need to test on? Not very sure. Anyways, heart pain pain sia.

Met up with the poly mates today after the blood test at kkh. It was a nice meet up and definitely my first time going for 2 rounds of ktv in a day. Really pro right? But overall, it was really enjoyable and cheap! Hahahaha. Coz of the kbox promotion la. And like what milo said, it seems like we have returned to the poly life where we would go ktv after class. Hahaha. Maybe thats where I started this ktv addiction. Chatted, find out what each other is doing now, etc. Simply TCSS. (Talk Cock Sing Song). =)

Went back together with Elgene after the session. He was talking to me abt his love life and suddenly, it reminded me of myself and weide. Hanging in the air with no commitments, to move forward or to stay put? He said he's dragging time only, for he knows this r/s is not something that he wants. Suddenly reminds me of why that saga between me and weide. Maybe it's also the case. Commitment is one thing, knowing that this  so called relationship is not something that he/she wants, no one would want to put in the effort. Hmm. Maybe. But it's all over la. I've moved on, no worries. Just that what Elgene said today suddenly reminds me of him. :)

Havent met up with 38 Club for a long long time. It was sure a nice catching up session and birthday celebration for Bang. Had dinner with them, credits to Bang's mum for the nice curry, fried bee hoon and all. :)

Oh ya, did I mention that I passed all my modules? So happy about it. Finally no more da bao. I am sooo tired of having da baos. It's just demoralising but what to do? One more yr to go, jia you!!

Weeks ago, I've been saying that I've nt gone to ktv for a long long time and I think soon, it will become an overdose of ktv sessions. Meeting the poly gang tmr coz Elgene says he wanna go ktv, then im meeting SBF people on Friday for a gathering and Raz said she wanna go ktv. Just awhile ago, I got a sms from my cousin too, she said hey susu, this sat go ktv. Soo... I think it will be ktv for 3 days this week. Is that an overdose on ktv? Haha. =x

This sun is the Big Walk. I hope we can have the chance to go to the Singapore Flyer! Havent been there before. And Im looking forward to the Night Safari too! Chris has free tix and she is inviting us all to join her. Hehehehe, I am so gonna try my first time on so many things this month.

Anw, went for the medical checkup today. One more month to observe for a review. Hopefully its really just stress and hormones at work. *Keep my fingers crossed*

Holiday Trip - Phuket

Been back for a week but I have yet to update anything on the trip.

Well I must say the beaches, cliffs and islands there really wow-ed me. It's really nice and magnificient. Something I've nvr seen in Singapore. Oh well, I think uncomparable. :) The trip was nice overall beside some saga previously. Was there for 3 days and we saw many different types of people in Phuket. From locals to tourists, male to females and even to pretty shemales!

In short, the trip was pretty enjoyable. Some pictures~

Flu Virus back to attack!

The very strong flu virus is back! My dear friends - fever, flu, runny nose and cough came to look for me again. I hope they will go back soon. I've had enough of them. >.<

Going back to work tomorrow. Hopefully my dear friend will be gone by then. Ok goodnight people.

Results Out but... Unknown.

Saturday morning. I woke up at 730am, prepared and went out to meet Kym-mi (my aunt). She accompanied me for the scan report review. The scan result is out. Everything's normal, doctor cant detect any problem. So what exactly is the cause?

He said I had better see a specialist about this, i.e. gynae, as he fears it might now be problem with the womb but.. something else. Hence, he helped me schedule a date for the visit and said it will probably be within these 2 weeks. Sighs. I think it's gonna be another agonising 2 weeks. He said I have unhealthy blood pressure for my age and he cant rule out the possibility that these 2 issues are related.

But I think I know the reason for the high blood pressure. It's probably due to the stress level at home. There are so many things that have been suppressing within me and I can't erupt because of my parents. I think it has now badly affected my health. >.< I hope things will be fine, seriously.

Mum said no one in the family has high blood pressure history and she cant figure out why it will happen to me. So I shall just keep mum about it. No point talking so much about it and end up with no conclusion because ultimately, I will still need to keep everything to myself.

Anyway, yesterday I drove past the Woodlands Waterfront with my parents. It's really nice. Things have changed and it's now a modern place, something like the Henderson Waves. It also brought back some memories. Suddenly recalled how we used to hang out there often. Drinking, chatting, enjoying the view which oversees part of Malaysia and the Woodlands Custom. But wells, all those are history. :)

Discovered something exciting today. Ms Perfect told me that the Japanese magazine gives out authentic Agnes B bag. Woohoo. Sooo.. we went and I got it just now! Well, though it's just a Tote Bag, I still think it's quite nice of them to give out the bag for the price of the magazine. Currently I saw 2 types of bags.. Check out the pictures. Ask me for more details. =p

I am glad I have them.

During downtimes, it's always good to have a family gathering. *hearts*

I like the times when my aunts, uncles and cousins come over to my place.

I like that kind of warmth where everyone gets together to talk.

On a side note, they were kinda worried when they heard that my system is in a mess.
Apparently, my mum told my aunts, my aunt told my cousins, and everyone in the family knows. =.=

Sometimes I just hope that time would stop at the point when I was 21 or even younger.

What exactly went wrong?

I have no idea. It's all chaotic in Thailand now and my dear brother called me just now to drop a surprise.

"I have a surprise for you. I am flying to Thailand tomorrow morning at 530am."

I was not at all happy when I hear this. He wanted me to relate this to my parents. This responsibility is too big for me to shoulder. I passed the phone to my dad instead. I think could sense the huge disappointment in my dad. My parents are sure to be worried sick. Sighs. Doesn't he know that everyone is rushing home or trying to avoid that place? Yes, I know that bloody woman is going back but is there a need for him to be there as well? Even if there is, I think it is good that he informs before hand and not a few hours before he leaves for the airport. Maybe dad was right to say that he has been under a spell. It may sound stupid but it cant be helped. Many things really made us feel this way.

Anyway, I did what I could already and told him to register with MFA before going and call back to tell my parents that he is safe. Nothing more I can do, I guess.

Just feel so F* up these weeks.

So many things happened and I am really not in the best of mood.

Where have I went? Seems hard to be myself recently.

Still searching and hoping that there will be a better tomorrow.

我想我忍够了。。 坐我对面的那个男人，超级没男人风度！先是说我的话文好烂（我二话不说，连理都不理他，一笑而过），好生气哦！我连话都没说，他就突然说我的华语烂，一定没他的好。。但他的发音连音准都没有啊！怎么能够说我呢？那还没关系。。 他还做了一些小动作。。 问我怎么电由地址不是最新的，难道他不知道什么叫做样板吗？

1。身为部门总管，他连最基本的礼貌都不懂，哪来的专业？

2。他还在我面前说我老板的坏话，说完了才说，‘这里有间蝶’，也就是在说我.. 这叫专业吗？

读那么多书，结果比我这种还在读书的人来的烂！
真的是超级不爽他！

以下可能有点人生攻击。。 可我不管那么多了！
可能因为没女朋友，所以他那么经经济较。。大家都不是很喜欢他，但他还以为自己那么受欢迎。祝他好运。

Random Thoughts

If only you show more interest in the things I do last time, we would probably have advanced to more than just friends.

It's not too late to know me all over again as friends, but definitely not status quo as before.

I am quite surprised that you could break my password, without even asking me for any hint.

If one day I did not turn up for work, probably no one will find out that I am absent.

Waiting is fruitless, I have started my finger exercise without waiting for the management's answer.

Dear Lappie~~~

Acer has been sent to "Dr. Ng's service centre" but nth can be diagnosed except that it always has missing files whenever a file is downloaded. Weird lappie. He asked me if I rem which programme usually cause the blue screen to appear, seriously I cant, except that it hanged on me yesterday when I was using BB. I wondered if that matters, but seriously, I doubt so.

The surprising thing is..... M10 is finally alive and kicking!! I saved it from my bro's room. My bro basically just threw it one side and the wiring was in a big big mess! Anyway, I've managed to clean up abit, it should be able to tide me over this period of time. =p *Still love the M10 even though its coming 8 years old!!*

Keeping my fingers crossed about my job! =DD

Just some thoughts~

Im home today, came out to settle some banking matters and the nice weather just played games with me. Im stuck in this little building call Civic Centre due to the sudden downfall which is happening now. It's such heavy rain all of a sudden, kind of spoiled my plan to go home and work on the HIV tma. In the end I used the library resources to come online. Hahaha. It's been ages since I used the online facilities in the library~

Sch has been so tiring, i think the maximum number of classes I can opt for each week is likely to be 2. Having 3 classes a week is real tiring lar! Anyway, I am glad that Fin301 GBA is down, one less matter to worry about.

My laptop is cranky again and its kinda sucky. Blue screens appearing every now and then. I soughted help from him once again. I know I shouldnt but he was the only one whom i know will be able to help me with it. But it seems like he is not as helpful anymore. Maybe because we havent met up for a very very long while. I guess its at least 6 - 7 mths. It just feels so distant and weird lar.

Maybe some things are just meant to be like that. If you are meant to be together, you will be together. Otherwise, no matter how hard you try to want to be together, it will nvr happen. I still remember what he said - "there used to be real feelings but as time passes, the feelings just fade off". Well I guess that's true, even for me. It's good that we are now friends - back to square 1.

Anyway, I hope the rain will stop soon so that I can hurry home and get the project done. Update again. Ciaoz.=)

Snapped

Yup, snapped. =) for the price of $2.50, can you imagine?! Coz I told my hairdresser how isit possible that a haircut cost only that? But it's true, coz I only paid $2.50. They were having a price war with the shop opposite. Pro.

Anyway, I am quite happy with the snap. It's something new after 10yrs. Haha. =p The hairdresser asked if I just broke up or something.. or what big blow did I undergo. >.< when I told her i just felt the need for a change after so long, she agreed. Heehee..

Sometimes they asked me why I always go out during weekends, have they ever wondered why?

It is more torturing to stay home and listen to all these rantings and naggings, I rather be out with friends until they are asleep. This way, I can save some peace for myself.

Surprise = no surprise

Made abit of changes to the playlist and decided to include Bad Romance in, been hearing that everyday at work.

I didn't really have a good day yesterday. Went to collect books with Xuannie, JY and Milo. The queue was just bloody long and it was all the way from level 1 to level 2. Its the first time i queued so long for something, lest to say for books. Really break record. >.<

Then the surprise for Lena and Gene became no surprise and I got myself quite irritated over these. I didn't really feel like meeting up with them after all these but I know I had to go because it is afterall their birthday. Just felt so irritated coz everything just went haywire and people were just not responsive/responsible(?) enough. oh wells, luckily it was quite ok in the end. Else it would be really bad bad bad.

Teleprathy after that. The meet up was good even though the prata was nehhhhhh... Went Yishun dam to chill and it was really chill with the cold wind blowing. Hahahaha..

New Look?

Yes! My bedroom has just been given a new look. There's more to come, in preparation for the new room this March. After not sleeping on a double decker for ages, it feels so different to be sleeping so high. *Still getting used to it*

CNY is coming.. I gotta get myself working on the packing up.. else its gonna be horrigible! Hopefully by then, I can get all those unused and unwanted shelves out.

Happy 2010 everyone! I hope the start of the year was a blastful one for you guys.

But sadly, for me, it was bad bad and bad coz my good friend, rashes came along after the drinking session with the F4 girls on the last day of 2009. But oh wells, I still enjoyed myself alot despite having my good friend after the meet up with them. =)

Hmmm.. lets seee.. maybe I shall blog on a brief recap for year 2009:

1. First overseas trip with friends
2. First road trip with friends
3. Finally giving him up and moving on
4. 38 reunion
5. Changed 2 jobs in a year
6. Failed 2 modules in a year
7. Broke the record of staying out *early* (muahahaha)

There are both good and bad things that happened in 2009, maybe more bad things than good. I supposed that is part and parcel of life.

For this year, I only have 4 resolutions.

1. Pass all modules (with or without flying colours, as long pass and I am happy)
2. Get a permanent job and really stick with it
3. Save enough to really go on a well deserved overseas trip (apart from Malaysia)
4. Wish good health for my mum, dad and brother
