Had our first session yesterday. It was good! It was a good few mths since my last workout session. If not wrong, it was with Milo as SP. Haha. Spent like 1.5 hrs at the gym ytd and we tried the different equipments. Woot. Went to town after the session to look for Carol's bday present. Hehehe...

Went for Anlene Orchard Mile this morning. Cool! The 2nd programme for my healthy lifestyle. the event was rather cool, all women running/walking along the road of Orchard road. What a rare chance! Saw some familiar faces there. From friends to local celebrities, who were there to support the Oestroperosis society or sth. =) All participants were awarded this medal with the picture of Orchard Road carved on. Really nice. Shall upload the photos when i get it from Ms Tan. Hiak hiak hiak.
Knocked out right after I got home and slept for 3 hours. =p
Tmr gotta work again. Im gonna drop a bomb this week to my manager. Hee.. =p
